Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Grizzlytrek Group, you will play a crucial role in our sales department, managing and enhancing relationships with one of our high-volume clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our high-volume client through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within the account.
• Coordinate with our project and staffing teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a regular basis.
• Participate in the creation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve the client.

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in staffing or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships.
