CENTRAL is now searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brand team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing a dynamic blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for engaging people.

Location: Vancouver OR Calgary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness for Central.
  • Create and maintain annual marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Establish performance metrics for all marketing activities, regularly tracking and reporting on results.
  • Devise marketing strategies and tactics to effectively communicate programs and initiatives, setting measurable KPIs for target achievements.
  • Lead planning and execution of product launches and new restaurant openings in collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Craft compelling copy for diverse marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors, including photographers, videographers, charity partners, media agencies, and influencers.
  • Develop briefs and content strategies, overseeing creative concepting, copywriting, and photo/video shoot management to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the restaurant's social media presence, cultivating and engaging communities through influencer outreach, page management, and community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in written communication and the ability to craft engaging and creative copy
  • Experience in brand management, including strategy, targeting, positioning, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Ability to act with appropriate urgency.
  • Hospitality experience considered an asset
  • Travel 20%
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
