The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead our full cycle recruiting efforts and attract top talent to our growing professional services firm. This position partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Director & firm practice leadership to proactively identify our hiring needs and bring forward the top talent to support our firm's increasing business needs as we continue to scale!

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Manage and execute full cycle recruiting efforts across NA to attract top talent that aligns with the Spaulding Ridge's values and vision for growth
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, candidate relationships, and a strong employer brand to establish our firm as an employer of choice
  • Partner and build collaborative relationships with NA business leaders to understand the needs of the business and advise on talent trends and best practices
  • Drive operational excellence in recruiting processes and systems to improve collaboration, accountability, and support growth
  • Proactively identify hiring needs and recruit candidates that align with our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Oversee the tracking of data to align to company targets / metrics, optimize recruiter productivity and support data-informed decision making
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to position Spaulding Ridge as a great place to work
  • Support oversight of our ATS (Greenhouse) and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure smooth recruiting and onboarding of new hires
  • Act as the lead recruiter for high-priority job openings

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition role within a professional service company
  • Deep understanding of full life cycle recruiting as well as sourcing techniques and trends
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter with experience and excellence in sourcing talent
  • Experience recruiting talent within our technology alliances a plus (Salesforce, DocuSign, NetSuite, Snowflake)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead and manage change at all levels of an organization while navigating a fast-paced, high-change environment
