OUTREACH EVENT COORDINATOR

As an Outreach Event Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in planning and executing engaging outreach events that leave a lasting impact. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and excited about making a positive difference in the community. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude and a willingness to attend events are a must!

ROLES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for outreach initiatives, including community fairs, and other public events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with event setup, registration, and other on-site activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination leading up to and during the event.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event planning and community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:
