Your job

  • Coordinate corporate events for all business sectors in the various event locations at National Bank Place.
  • Ensure the realization of the events by working with the various partners and suppliers. (Aramak, Solotech, Immo BN, etc.)
  • Ensure that the requirements and visibility obligations set out in the agreements are met and optimized.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, ensure the quality of deliverables and manage budgets for each project.
  • Act as our eyes on the ground to ensure execution meets the required standards.
  • Advise the organisers on event logistics, technical possibilities and the process.
  • Have a creative mind and propose new ways of doing things in a changing work environment.
  • Prioritize according to guiding principles and demonstrate tact and influence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Vice-Presidency of Communications and Marketing is made up of more than 90 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

Within the Sponsorship & Events Activation area, you will be part of a large team of 10 colleagues and report to the Director, Sponsorship & Events Activation. Prerequisite

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor's degree OR Min 5 years of experience in the field of event planning
  • Experience in event planning
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in an advisory role.
