We are looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead content-driven marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & executing integrated marketing campaigns that engage our consumers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, and retention, increasing emotional connection with our brand.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across the full funnel, collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Merchandising teams.
  • Develop content & messaging strategy and define asset requirements for all media channels.
  • Collaborates with merchandising, marketing, and production to pull together holistic seasonal and product-focused campaigns that map back to product volume as well as market opportunities.
  • Develop and refine creative briefs that capture the essence of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience relevance.
  • Collaborate with Creative team to produce compelling paid media content tailored to drive new customer acquisition, reach, and ROAS.
  • Measure campaign KPIs, synthesize information to clearly communicate insights, and share actionable recommendations with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Oversee social media strategy and community management to drive brand awareness and nurture meaningful relationships.
  • Lead the launch and management of an ambassador program aimed at fostering brand loyalty, leveraging user-generated content (UGC), and cultivating relationships with key influencers.
  • Oversee and manage the affiliate program, collaborating with affiliate marketing agency to align strategies, enhance performance, and explore new growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Social Media & Engagement Coordinator.

Experience, Education & Designations

  • 5-8 years of experience in fashion/apparel brand strategy, marketing, creative strategy, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant field
  • At least 2 years' affiliate marketing experience
  • At least 5 years of strategic content-building
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results
  • 2-3 years of social media management experience
  • PR experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing specifically Meta and Google with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  • Deep understanding and proficiency with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and agile
  • Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills
