$45,000 - $80,000 Annually

Includes a base salary plus commission/bonus options.

Your Role:

As a key player in our Sales and Business Development team, you'll dive into the heart of the agricultural industry, bringing our revolutionary solutions to crop insurance companies and producers across the globe. Working directly with the founders, you'll not only contribute to our growth but also shape the future of agtech. Your efforts will help solidify SGA's position as a leader in the field, and in turn, we offer a path for you to grow and excel within our dynamic startup environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage and Excite: Reach out to potential clients across Canada, the USA, Australia, and more. Prepare engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring our solutions resonate and inspire.
  • Build and Nurture: Be the go-to contact for prospective clients, establishing trust and a deep understanding of their needs today and into the future. Your relationship-building skills will lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
  • Follow-Up and Connect: Keep in touch with decision-makers, blending persistence with value, to discover new opportunities and reinforce SGA's commitment to their success.
  • Drive and Convert: Turn potential leads into valuable clients, articulating the benefits of our solutions in alignment with their business goals.
  • Innovate and Satisfy: Keep clients informed about new products and services, staying ahead of industry trends to meet their evolving needs with our innovative solutions.
  • Research and Strategize: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities, crafting tailored strategies that bolster SGA's market leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: With at least two years in business development or sales, especially within B2B, you have a proven track record of surpassing targets and fostering growth.
  • Strategic Communicator: Your impeccable negotiation skills and ability to engage with C-level executives set you apart.
  • Driven: Goal-oriented and self-motivated, you're committed to achieving success and eager to tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Adaptable: Excellent at conveying complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner, you adapt your communication style to fit your audience perfectly.
