JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Partner, Client Relations

Department : Business Development

Revision Date: 1/24/19

We are looking for a highly organized individual to join a young, fun, and rapidly growing IT service company by assisting the Business Development Team in two (2) key areas:

1. Sales Coordination (25%):

  • Ensure all sales opportunities are accurate and properly tracked in HubSpot
  • Help advance sales opportunities through the sales pipeline stages by consistently following up and keeping the BD Team organized
  • Qualify new leads using phone script
  • Book initial first time (face-to-face) appointments with new prospects
  • Send information out to prospect for a smooth network audit & business assessment
  • Assist in preparing presentations and prepping office for prospect pitches
  • Input won deals from HubSpot into ConnectWise
  • Facilitate sales-to-service hand-off from BD Team to Information Services Team
  • Format Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents to Keeran's brand standard

2. Marketing Coordination (75%):

  • Work with marketing company to build and manage inbound marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation for web leads via HubSpot
  • Report qualified vs. unqualified marketing leads to SEO/SEM company weekly (organic vs. PPC)
  • Help refine website copy according to SEO/SEM company's suggestions and best practices
  • Create content for weekly blogs, monthly newsletters, and quarterly eBooks
  • Create drip marketing email follow ups, phone calls, and events/meetings
  • Work with telemarketing company to scout list data for accuracy, # of computer users, and current IT provider; as well as provide bi-weekly reporting on qualified leads
  • Create and coordinate a calendar of sales events like an open house party, lunch ?n learns, movie theater rental, trade shows, webinars, etc. for top of mind awareness
  • Work with key vendors and marketing company to develop targeted campaigns and create email blasts for account-based marketing
  • Work with marketing company to refine client touch pieces such as SWAG, Follow Up materials, and Client Onboarding Kit
  • Scan and categorize business cards for executing relevant marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Qualifications:

  • Sales, Marketing, and/or Communications background (education and/or experience
  • Administration background (education and/or experience

  • Strong and effective oral and written communicator
  • The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient knowledge of formatting Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documents
  • Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) Microsoft Visio
  • An acceptance of, and commitment to work according to, the organization's policy
