About this position:

As a Paid Media and Affiliate Specialist at Later, you will be responsible for supporting 2 key programs: paid advertising (paid search, paid social) and affiliate marketing programs. This is a critical role within our organization with an opportunity for major impact on business growth. You will be working within the Demand Generation team, reporting directly to Haeri Lee, our Head of Paid Media. We are looking for someone with direct experience in an affiliate and paid advertising programming in sales led and/or product led organizations who has the desire to learn and grow.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Establish annual affiliate marketing strategy and content calendar to achieve channels goals
  • Oversee the day to day management of program including but not limited to: recruit new partners, nurture existing partners, establish new incentives/offers and diversify content partnersNegotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and terms of agreements with affiliates partners
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to stay ahead of the competition
Paid Advertising
  • Lead management of all advertising creative for all search and paid social by briefing, reviewing and obtaining required approvals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (content and creative teams) and provide guidance on ad messaging, creative assets and CTAs aligned with the different stages of the marketing funnel, ICPs and personas
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Manage and track advertising budgets and spend based on conversion rates, retention and other considerations

Data & Measurement

  • Leverage PartnerStack to track affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize conversion rates and profitability
  • Translate data across both programs into clear actionable insights through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Establish always on process to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for real-time improvements

Qualifications:

  • Endlessly curious
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 3+ years of digital paid advertising experience with proven track record of driving revenue growth through efficient acquisition of high quality customers
  • Experience with PartnerStack or similar affiliate marketing platforms (Commission Junction, Rakuten, Partnerize, Rewardful)
  • Executional expertise in various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Experience launching and managing campaigns in support of BDRs and sales team growth
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for optimization
  • Experience understanding B2B buyer journey and marketing funnel
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations
  • A creative thinker who is comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Open and responsive to situations that require problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base

  • commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range: $60,000 - 70,000 CAD
