You will play a vital role in spearheading the professionalization of our Talent Acquisition team by providing guidance and mentorship to our team of TA Specialists, cultivating strong partnerships with local HR and business leaders, and enhancing candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

We are seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Manager who possesses a robust understanding of the job market within our region and demonstrates expertise in cutting-edge recruitment practices. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who thrives in dynamic innovative and complex environments.

Your ability to effectively communicate goals, coupled with a proactive and hands-on attitude, and strategic and analytical thinking will be essential in driving success in this role. Moreover, your adeptness at managing and engaging stakeholders and your team members will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive and engaging hiring practices.

What you bring:

Demonstrate prior experience in effectively managing an in-house Talent Acquisition team, serving as a coach and mentor to team members, within a matrix and complex organization. This includes engaging extensively across global regions and adeptly managing stakeholder expectations while supporting transformative changes in the business through best recruitment practices.

Possess excellent practical knowledge of leveraging data to inform decision-making in recruitment, streamlining processes, implementing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, and advancing diversity and inclusion efforts.

Exhibit proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, in addition to other cutting-edge recruitment technologies and candidate assessment platforms.

Educational background: Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication studies, or similar fields is preferred for the Talent Acquisition Manager role, it is not mandatory! Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in French is nice to have but not mandatory.

Working hours: we offer the opportunity to work in a hybrid manner, with the availability to spend part of your working week at our office.
