Position Description :

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's annual marketing plan, as well as website content and sellout materials. This role manages a team of two Marketing Associates. Provide relevant sellout materials to aid NTD sales staff to represent our programs and products also provide sellout materials to NTD dealers to help them retail our products, help regions manage supplier-produced POS materials Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing associates, while identifying and addressing staff training and coaching needs and assist various departments of the company communicate relevant updates to customers, suppliers and employees .

Duties and responsibilities:

  • execution of the company's annual marketing plan (i.e. spring and fall booking programs, all season and winter price lists, loyalty programs, etc.)
  • management of content on various company websites
  • provide relevant sellout materials to aid ntd sales staff to represent our programs and products
  • provide sellout materials to ntd dealers to help them retail our products
  • help regions manage supplier-produced pos materials
  • further develop the ntd brand in the tire industry through means
  • develop rewarding sellout promotions for ntd dealer base in all sellout channels
  • provide sales staff with regular updates on promotion results
  • liaise and manage the relationship with ntd's marketing agency
  • oversee the dispersal of supplier marketing funds to partner retail channels
  • lead a team of marketing associates, while identifying and addressing staff training and coaching needs
  • assist various departments of the company communicate relevant updates to customers, suppliers and employees
  • other tasks as assigned by the director of marketing
  • experience that best prepares you:
  • post secondary education in the marketing field
  • experience in tire or automotive-related industry
  • supervisory skills and experience

Key Competencies:

  • extremely proficient in microsoft office including excel, powerpoint, and word.
  • experience with graphic design an asset.
  • ability to learn new software easily (company erp and crm systems)
  • work autonomously with superior attention to detail.
  • ability to effectively communicate with various functional and organizational levels.

Working Conditions:

THE NOISE LEVEL IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS USUALLY MODERATE.
