Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) is a Catholic movement on the front-lines of the New Evangelization, dedicated to the clear and simple proclamation of the Gospel to university students with the aim of building leaders for renewal of the world.

CCO is seeking individuals to work on our Marketing Team to aid in the advancement of our programming efforts both on and off campus. Your reach will extend globally through our social media presence, international sales and marketing for our products, and collaborating with teams across the movement to develop innovative ways of gaining exposure for our programs. WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO?

• Collaborates with teams to develop innovative ways of gaining exposure for our CCO programs and products and assist in creating effective marketing plans and strategic opportunities for advertising
• Assists in developing an overall communications strategy
• Proposes concepts for new social media campaigns based on the priorities and goals of the movement and co-ordinates with movement stakeholders to execute the social media calendar
• Effectively uses available resources to meet the goals of a project. Able to prioritize a variety of opportunities to deliver marketing campaigns that are best suited to the intended audience.
• Builds a strong collaborative relationship with stakeholders, seeking to clearly understand their project goals and bring that vision to life.

What we're looking for:

• A pronounced interest in the fields of communications and marketing
• Post-secondary education and experience in a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales and marketing is an asset
• Eagerness to learn new skills, use new tools, and further develop existing expertise
• A team player who seeks collaboration with others gives and receives feedback well, and can also work independently
