BIS Safety Software is a fast-paced, high-growth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time creative UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team.

We're on the lookout for a junior UI/UX/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! This role offers a unique blend of UI/UX design with a sprinkle of marketing. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Actively participate in the creation of wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, bringing UX/UI design concepts to life.
  • Translate design concepts into functional prototypes
  • Work collaboratively with a large team of software developers to ensure accurate design execution, providing guidance throughout the development process.
  • Maintain design cohesion and consistency across our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Support marketing and branding efforts by creating design assets as needed.
  • Seek feedback from senior designers and actively participate in design critiques and discussions.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be considered a bonus.

$45,000 - $55,000 a year

Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each individual brings to the role.
