JOB OVERVIEW

Uniban Canada/Driven Glass Canada is a proud member of the Driven BrandsTM family and is part of the Auto Glass division within the larger organization. Our Canadian team is looking for a competent Marketing Coordinator to support and execute many marketing projects at the same time.  As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Consultant - Canada and under the responsibility of the Director of Marketing – Canada. You’ll be responsible for executing the marketing tactics for our brands in Canada (VitroPlus, Docteur du Pare-Brise, UniglassPlus and Go! Glass and Accessories). You will be responsible for supporting the marketing department’s initiatives with the executing of marketing programs such as email, in-store material, event, social media or content with the goal of maintaining marketing objectives.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Actively participate in the execution of the brand’s marketing campaigns with the internal team as well as our agencies, both for the digital and traditional aspects.
  • Manage franchisees’ requests daily.
  • Handle monthly invoicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understand digital marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc).
  • Create social media content in collaboration with our agency.
  • Work with the Graphic Designer for visual asset creation.
  • Execute and program monthly newsletters.
  • Write internal communication and review blog content.
  • Maintain and update review management platform and reputation management tool.
  • Participate in the development of the annual convention.
  • Perform required translations of various documents.
  • Work closely with the internal departments, such as Operations & Franchise Services,
  • Work with our agency to update content on the website.
  • Other marketing projects.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and French both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Is optimistic with a collaborative working style to effectively interface with marketing team, vendors, store manager/regional managers, and leadership.
  • Solution-oriented (when presenting an issue, this person will come to the table with a solution in mind).
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a creative flair.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Is optimistic and enjoys teamwork.
