We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work alongside the Director of Marketing to execute our annual marketing plan and amplify our demand generation capabilities. The Basics

Team: Marketing

Salary: $55K-62K, annually, depending on skills and experience

Bonus: Annual Bonus Structure

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule

Employment Type: 4-8 Month Contract with Opportunity for Permanent

Vacation: Three weeks paid (15 days)

About this Opportunity

The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work alongside the Director of Marketing to execute our annual marketing plan and amplify our demand generation capabilities. They will be responsible for supporting various marketing efforts to help increase brand visibility and market/maximize our existing accounts.

We're looking for someone with:

· Outstanding writing and communication skills to accurately convey complex topics into simple terms across various channels.

· Research and analysis skills to identify key market and industry trends to inform overall marketing strategy.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· A passion for marketing and driving results.

Key responsibilities include:

· Content Creation & Execution - Support the creation, execution and measurement of high value marketing content and collateral across various channels (ex. blog posts, case studies, client presentations decks, social posts, product sheets & one pagers, email marketing, and more).

· Measurement & Reporting - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and more, to track key metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.

· Research & Analysis - Conduct research on a variety of relevant topics to identify and share knowledge about key market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing content and collateral.

· Event & Conference Database Management - Leverage integrated marketing systems to maintain and verify records to ensure data is accurate, updated and organized, and all opportunities are on our radar.

· Event Coordination - Support the organization, logistics and execution of regular client and company events such as client thought leadership presentations, industry trade shows, internal gatherings, etc.

· Administrative Duties - Conduct various administrative tasks to support the marketing and executive leadership team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail

· Completed or currently completing a degree in marketing, business or related field

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

· Professional drive and a strong desire to learn

Nice to have:

· Advanced knowledge of social media platforms

· Familiarity with various software systems, including MS Office and CRM platforms
