As the Brand Marketing Consultant, you will develop marketing plans and programs that support the Co-operators brand and sub-brands. You will oversee end-to-end development of marketing brand programs, direct creative and copy development and ensure production and distribution functions are seamless for programs. You will also provide leadership and consultation to various teams across the organization on how to implement our brand within various programs, adhere to brand standards and share expertise on how to launch our brand in various markets.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE IMPACT:

Planning and managing the strategy and execution of brand marketing campaigns and materials including external media, digital communication, direct marketing, advisor support materials and social media

Leading the development of brand programs to ensure future impacts of various sub-brands are considered and reviewing marketing programs to ensure they are innovative and deliver on our brand strategy.

Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with stakeholders through planning and using a variety of resources and tactics.

Participating in strategic planning activities and recommending brand marketing activity to support team objectives.

Analyzing and reporting the results of brand marketing initiatives to various stakeholders.

TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

You have 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing with experience in project management and communication planning.

You have post-secondary degree in Marketing or Communication

You have a proven ability to execute fully integrated marketing programs using a variety of tactics in external media, direct marketing, digital media with social, public relation, sales force incentives, video and web.

You have superior written and oral communication skills

You have experience executing fully integrated marketing programs using a variety of tactics including external media, digital media with social, and direct marketing.
