We have a dynamic marketing team that serves the organization in terms of marketing & communication activities, PR, Events, Digital & Web services.

We currently have an opening for a marketing youth intern in our marketing team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director and will lead significant functions within the department.

Job Responsibilities

· Graphic design - Creation of marketing materials both externally (on social media & digital platforms) and internally (internal communication, announcements, presentations)

· Email Marketing: Developing and running email campaigns for lead generation and lead nurturing, creating email workflows, list compilation and segmentation.

· Follow up with leads through direct and indirect contact methods.

· Social media campaign management: Creating social media content, calendar and managing the posting & analytics process.

· Website management- website optimization and updates (updating content & images as needed)

· Optimizing landing pages for lead capturing and outreach programs

· Assist in running webinars, creating videos (promotional and informational), and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Great communication, problem-solving, organizational and collaboration skills.

· Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

· A strong team player with a desire to learn and collaborate within a cross functional team environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through to get things done on time

· Able to adapt to new assignments and apply best practices to refine and improve work processes and procedures.

Technical Skills:

· Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)

· Strong command of the English language

· Experience in content writing and copywriting is considered an asset.

· Knowledge of any of the following marketing skills is considered an asset: email marketing, content marketing, SEO techniques, media buying, CRM, and social media management

· Experience in video creation is considered an asset.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Outlook.

· Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

· To be determined based on competencies
