Responsibilities include the following :

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Samsung's B2B technology, services, and business strategy.
  • Develop and implement a marketing content strategy for Samsung's B2B products.
  • Perform market and industry research from online sources and discussion with key subject matter experts to identify customer and content trends.
  • Create marketing copy for the B2B website, blog articles, success stories, and newsletters to build awareness of the brand, products, and product benefits.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and marketing agencies to supplement marketing materials for websites, blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • Use content to drive reach, reputation, and leads for B2B products on these platforms.
  • Review content to ensure adherence to company branding and styling guidelines as well as optimization for search and user experience.
  • Create and execute a B2B social media strategy.
  • Track and report content marketing results.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you need the following:

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing, content strategy, and marketing writing for technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead time-sensitive, multiple simultaneous initiatives with marketing agencies, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones
  • Experience with measuring, analyzing, and refining content marketing results.
  • Experience with applying SEO best practices for a B2B audience
  • Excellent proficiency in English, ability to explain highly complex concepts in plain English
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Understanding of how to succeed on a global team in different time zones

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $82,000 to $106,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.

The total rewards package for a Regular Full-Time employee may include variable incentive, savings matching (RRSP/TFSA/NRSP), extended health and dental benefits with spending accounts, wellness and well-being benefits, development opportunities, and other employee perks.
