Role Overview:

This pivotal role places you at the core of our ebike division, driving operational, sales, and customer service excellence. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that bolster our presence in the market. Your role will be instrumental in leading initiatives across customer experience management, operations, project management, and technology integrations, including AI, to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Craft and execute strategic plans across operations and sales, aligning with our growth ambitions.
  • Customer Experience Management: Champion initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Project Management: Lead projects to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Technology & AI Integrations: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management: Build and manage a high-performing team, aligning with our objectives.
  • Marketing Coordination: Enhance our brand reach through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, with a preference for backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in customer experience management, project management, and technology integrations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team building and workforce management.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM systems and expertise in SKU management.
