Aramark Canada is recruiting a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for our Operations and Culinary based roles in the field. This position will focus on bilingual positions in our Eastern region, specifically Quebec and the Maritime provinces. This person may also support some corporate positions as required.

This position is ideally based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and will fall under a hybrid work model. We would also consider this a Remote position for the preferred candidate based in Ontario or Quebec.

Aramark Talent Acquisition members are brand ambassadors, creatively identifying candidates while championing for the company?s brand to attract a diverse, high-performance workforce. They will engage with candidates and internal client groups throughout the recruiting and selection process, acting as a consultative talent advisor to the business and executing recruitment strategies to provide excellent customer service and achieve hiring goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Deploys and executes strategies for salaried recruitment across corporate/multiple lines of business for Aramark Canada
• Serves as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and field HR partners to ensure successful recruitment, evaluation, and selection of candidates across diverse geographical locations and lines of business
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for salaried staffing that includes calibration to understand the needs, posting, advertising, screening, virtual interviews, new hire offer process and facilitating background checks and onboarding processes
• Supports the hourly and Early Talent recruiting as required working closely with the Operations Managers
• Functions as a brand ambassador for Aramark in the marketplace championing the company?s brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high performing talent
• Leverage business knowledge, market intelligence and industry trends to support the build of quality candidate slates and inform hiring decisions
• Provide business updates and top-notch client care by coaching and advising internal client groups
• Coordinate and support internal/external job fairs, open houses, and community-based recruiting events
• Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and applicant tracking system, and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
• Responsible for all compliance reporting, ensuring real-time candidate status updates and records maintenance for audit and/or compliance
• Partner on projects related to community partnerships, developing talent pools and other diverse sources to support hiring manager?s local recruitment efforts

Qualifications

• 4+ years? experience in Recruitment as a Talent Acquisition professional in a small to medium sized organization preferably in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, or remote sectors
• Bilingualism and fluency in French and English is required for verbal and written communications
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in human resources recruitment
• A proven track record of providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Expert ability to consult on talent needs and influence hiring outcomes at various levels in the organization and externally to build strong community partnerships to drive talent pools
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication both verbal and written, highly organized
• Proficient in MS Office ? Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Microsoft Teams applications
