About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, in-studio Social Media & Brand Manager on our Marketing team to help support the expansion of the S&T brand and drive customer and revenue growth. We're looking for a creative and intuitive individual to oversee our social media efforts and brand partnerships across all channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, and communications, is a strong writer with a sharp eye for design, and is results-driven and self-motivated. As our social media and branding expert, you have a passion for producing high quality work and creating exceptional guest experiences, and your goal is to develop innovative social media marketing strategies, create engaging content, and build community.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of S&T across all social media platforms
  • Develop S&T's social media calendar and strategy to grow S&T's brand presence and reach across all social media channels
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, manage, and execute the social content calendar by developing content concepts from ideas to completion
  • Coordinate and engage with instructors and the S&T community to create content, including videos, reels, and photoshoots
  • Identify industry trends and best practices through monitoring competitors, influencers, and other social media leaders to develop ideas and proactively manage S&T's social media strategy
  • Build relationships with key influencers, community members, and brand partners to increase awareness and engagement, and drive revenues
  • Manage S&T's influencer program, including measuring results and driving its success
  • Oversee community management across all channels, including engaging with our audience and responding to questions, comments, reviews, and other opportunities with speed and judgment
  • Work and coordinate with brand partners, including organizing community events, activations, and social collaborations
  • Administrative support, including but not limited to team onboarding, data entry, and marketing operations

About You

  • Undergraduate degree - specialization in marketing, graphic communications, and/or PR preferred
  • 4-6 years of working experience in organic and paid social media marketing, communications, influencer marketing, PR and/or related field
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Extensive experience with SEO, paid social advertising (e.g. Meta Business Suite) and digital marketing best practices
  • Thorough understanding of social media metrics and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Ads
  • Understanding of basic HTML, social media publishing tools, photo editing and blog publishing
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in graphic design, specifically with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Customer service oriented - passionate about problem solving and helping our community
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and creative writing
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for design
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex ideas and information into easy-to-understand, customer-centric marketing and communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with flexibility to adapt quickly to meet the needs of the business
  • Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and using data to drive actionable insights
  • Interest in fitness, health and wellness, and luxury brands
