THE ROLE - SOLUTIONS MARKETING

We are looking for a full-time marketing expert to lead our international team in delivering solutions oriented B2B marketing and sales campaigns to grow our worldwide client base and our business goals.

In this role you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the marketing initiatives including planning, budgeting, executing, engaging and monitoring of results. Emerald's initiatives include organizing successful online webinars, face-to-face learning sessions and trade show events as well as client specific targeting. You will work hand-in-hand with our managers and project delivery consultants to ensure ongoing innovation and delivery excellence as well as customer success follow up.

As a leader within the operations and management team, this role is instrumental to Emerald's growth strategy and corporate success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree (communications, marketing or business administration preferred)

  • Experience working in technical professional customer service environment

  • Excellent English communication skills; written and spoken

  • Organizational skills and managing-up techniques

  • Event coordination and planning expertise

  • Fullcycle marketing and solutions selling know how

  • Additional languages a bonus - French and Spanish

  • Ability to travel for events and tradeshows (5% of time on the job)
