Job Description:

The CRM Manager oversees all marketing automation system functions, including maintenance and configuration of HubSpot and its integration with other third-party technology partners.?

They will be responsible for executing the Kensington Tours CRM strategy with oversight from the CRM Director, building the necessary CRM infrastructure and customer journeys, executing?multichannel campaigns, and completing post analysis. They will identify new opportunities & will achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented organization.?

Key Responsibilities:?

  • Build data-driven, integrated, multichannel customer CRM journeys in HubSpot based on customer behavior, insights, and business targets
  • Craft messaging campaigns that help to improve KPIs such as click rates, conversion rates, and leads
  • Track and report on business impact of your day-to-day activities
  • Develop implementation plans for lifecycle, automated, and enhanced personalization using segmentation and predictive modeling??
  • Manage a variety of inbound contact lists/segments from other databases/sources?into HubSpot
  • Validate accuracy of data integrations. Work with engineering and business teams to ensure the right information is being brought into the CRM platform at the ideal frequency
  • Enforce naming standards for campaigns, assets, UTMs, and programs?
  • Serve as an internal expert on messaging compliance (GDPR, CASL, etc.), maintaining a clean contact database, prospect and subscriber segmentation, improving email deliverability, and data integrity??
  • Update and maintain scoring models such as our LifeTimeValue (LTV) model to ensure this remains up to date and can be tacked to measure performance

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field?
  • 3+ of experience in a CRM position?
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude?
  • A team player with leadership skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end?
  • Solid understanding in customer acquisition and retention initiatives?
  • Expertise and proficiency with HubSpot is preferred
  • Experience with project management of data integration projects?
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications?
  • With the Director, manage the relationship between campaign expenditure, campaigns, leads touched, opportunities created, pipeline value and deal value?
  • Implementation, analysis, and optimization of lead nurture paths experience?
  • Manage list scrubbing, data hygiene, and data enrichment/augmentation programs?
  • Manage application API integrations with other systems?
