We're seeking a talented Public Relations and Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and social media campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and drive engagement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

PR Expertise

  • Develop comprehensive PR plans and strategies to achieve client objectives and increase brand visibility.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Pitch and secure press coverage in top-tier lifestyle, beauty, and fashion media outlets.
  • Coordinate media events and product launches to generate buzz and excitement.

Social Media Management

  • Create and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms.
  • Develop engaging content and manage social media channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and drive results.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop influencer partnerships and co-marketing campaigns.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to review results and discuss future opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and results-driven communication.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management teams, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in PR and social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging social media content - billingual in French & English. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, TRIBE, and GOOGLE SUITE
