About the role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor to join our team and help us manage our highly strategic white label portfolio. You'll be reporting to the Manager of Affinity Marketing to support our strategy in affinity and white label marketing. You're a driven, highly solution-oriented and collaborative individual who is motivated to work with a diverse network of stakeholders in an ever-evolving industry.

What you'll do here:

  • Interface with business development and internal marketing teams to develop marketing plans and strategies for our White Label partners.
  • Regularly liaise with external partners to develop marketing plans that meet the partner's needs while upholding our internal strategic pillars.
  • Define the activities of these plans ensuring they are implemented effectively to target audiences.
  • Manage and lead the relationship with our digital marketing agency to develop digital acquisition strategies, deliver on campaigns and manage performance
  • Effectively collaborate with business development to drive overall growth of the program.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for product roll-outs.
  • Work on national projects, influence and ensure effective adaptation of the various marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Work closely with the teams and ensure that products and services rolled out reflect the right brand voice and message.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to represent the partner and white label brand requirements and vision.
  • Regularly present to a variety of senior-level stakeholders, both internal and external, on updates to marketing for our white label programs.
  • Participate in any new potential White Label program development and integration while also ensuring ongoing growth of existing relationships.
  • Assist the team in strategic drafting of communications to partners.
  • Review all translated documentation to ensure that it is suited from a marketing perspective.
  • Ensure effective management of deliverables from agencies and different external providers.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree, marketing or communications, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position including experience in paid digital marketing and agency management
  • Ability to present complex topics and concepts to a variety of business stakeholders of varying levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills when it comes to managing projects and priorities.
  • Have a sense of creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to manage several programs at once.
  • Self-reliant and resourceful.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results, diagnose opportunities and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry an asset.
  • Bilingual in both English and French. Needs to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
