Job Description:

A Sales and Partnerships Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to sales and partnerships within a company. Qualifications :

  • Degree in commerce, marketing, communication or any other relevant field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development;
  • Experience in project sales in the cultural or entertainment field is an advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Experience in a field like real estate development, multimedia environment, audiovisual production, architecture, event planning, etc., is an advantage;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Ability to create sales tools and other graphic elements, an advantage; 
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Microsoft Office and Google suites

Interpersonal Skills :

  • Essential: Bilingualism (French and English spoken/written);
  • Versatility and ability to quickly adapt to change;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Excellent judgment and sense of priorities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong sense of organization;
  • Customer service orientated. 
  • Must have a driver's license
