The Senior Manager, Marketing and Web Analytics will play a critical role in impacting our business by fueling data-driven insights that will empower our team to make informed decisions and strategies for the digital presence and ad buying strategies of our 500+ businesses. This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre and reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics. You will manage the analytics planning and reporting for new and existing sites and campaigns to drive the Marketing Team's agenda of patient and revenue growth. This role will own the onboarding, tagging, and performance tracking of our vast portfolio of digital assets and campaigns, and will work closely with key stakeholders from other areas of the Marketing Team, Operations, HR, and Business Development.

The ideal candidate will have the interest, initiative, and ability to take on advanced measurement implementations and analytics responsibilities across a large portfolio of web properties and platforms to ensure data is accurately captured and analytics are disseminated across critical reports and dashboards.

In this role, you will

Lead the establishment and implementation of marketing analytics standards and measurement systems across all digital properties to ensure Marketing functions are enabled with timely, accurate data and insights

Identify and implement tagging requirements across web properties, and manage data connections in partnership with IT to maintain our marketing data warehouse

Design, build, maintain and validate digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools to analyze site performance, consumer trends, and optimization opportunities

Provide technical expertise to team members and our partners surrounding analytics tagging, data validation and data integration to measure performance of campaigns, projects, and partnerships

Support the experimentation and insights gather of AB tests on digital assets

Support the digital onboarding of newly acquired / newly established dental practices to our network, in partnership with Operations and Business Development

Develop actionable insights and recommendations backed by data and analytics that influence our digital marketing strategy

What we're looking for

6+ years of digital analytics implementation or relevant experience

Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

Extensive knowledge and experience working with digital tagging and auditing, tracking, and collection tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Experience with website AB testing and AB testing tools (e.g., VWO)

Experience implementing and maintaining web analytics systems and data

Fluency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) - ability to create interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports

Experience in data querying languages (e.g., SQL)

Expert knowledge of Excel, including tables, charts, and advanced formulas for data manipulation

Knowledge of various media channels and how they work

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript

Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and relevant implications (e.g., GA4)

Experience working with complex databases and datasets

Experience translating data and insights into executive presentations and reports

Motivated and analytical, with strong achievement orientation and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization

Proven team player with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in an ever-changing environment

Having the courage to find new ways of solving problems, and the openness to receiving and acting on feedback
