Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Social Media Strategy Expertise: Extensive experience in social media marketing demonstrated by a portfolio showcasing successful brand-building campaigns, innovative content strategies, and the strategic use of both organic and paid social media tactics to achieve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Comprehensive Platform Knowledge: Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), with a particular emphasis on crafting strategies that utilize both organic posts and paid advertising to engage diverse audiences and micro-segments effectively.
  • Certification and Technical Proficiency: Certification in Meta Ads (Facebook Blueprint) or other relevant social media advertising platforms. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools to drive decisions and report on campaign success metrics.
  • Content Creation and Viral Marketing: Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with a proven track record of developing compelling content that resonates with various audiences. Experience in creating viral marketing campaigns that leverage current trends to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in social media analytics, capable of deriving actionable insights from complex data sets to inform and optimize social media strategy. A strategic mindset that can conceptualize and implement groundbreaking campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, adept at working within a dynamic, remote team environment. Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand message across all digital platforms.
  • Industry Savvy: Strong background in SaaS or similar industries, with a deep understanding of how to engage B2B and B2C audiences on social media platforms. Awareness of industry-specific challenges and opportunities to tailor social media strategies accordingly.

Hybrid Requirements: Downtown Oakville, ON (Remote with minimum of two days in-office per week)
