You will

  • Support an environment that creates, challenges, follows through on Process; bridging experiences from Anthem's diverse portfolio and team members.
  • Develop and manage project marketing programs for Anthem's portfolio of market and affordable Rental homes across Western Canada. This includes:
  • contributing to the project's overall vision and product design development (floorplans, features, specifications, amenity programming etc.)
  • ongoing competitive market analysis to continuously evolve the project's positioning strategy
  • collecting and interpreting data to define Target Market, objectively contributing to design development
  • forecasting and managing marketing budgets, reviewing, and approving invoices
  • outlining a critical path timeline for all marketing programs that feeds into an overall project critical path timeline
  • onboarding and growing relationships with external marketing consultants and vendors; building rapport and corporate brand ambassadors
  • documenting a marketing plan
  • briefing in creative talents to execute on the marketing plan for deliverables like branding, website, print collateral, presentation/leasing offices, show homes/rovers, advertising, signage, renderings, photography, videography, events and more.
  • launching those deliverables into market and managing them in tempo and post rental stabilization
  • collaborating with other disciplines including leasing, property management, construction, development, finance, and accounting to be on-time, on-budget, on-vision for every project
  • reflecting and reporting on our marketing programs; at times for external stakeholders like Financial Partners
  • Pursue opportunities to continue learning (and possibly develop a marketing specialty) and sharing your unique learnings and experiences with others
  • Support Anthem's in-house Corporate Communications team in growing our Corporate Brand amongst internal and external stakeholder including award submissions, corporate events, sponsorships etc.

You have

  • 4+ years in a professional marketing position in an active market
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Strong exposure to project management and presentation delivery
  • Experience with a CRM like HubSpot or Lasso

Estimated annual salary range is $80,000 - $95,000, based on experience.
