As an Account Representative, you will sell complex software and e-commerce solutions to high-profile clients through branding and marketing agencies across North America. This work-from-home position primarily follows up on in-bound leads and growing revenues through new and existing accounts. This position will be reporting directly to the President. The base salary is $75,000 - $85,000 plus commissions.

Our client does all the software development onshore with a team of local developers and does not outsource overseas. Clients include Atari, Puma, PGA Tour, Fujitsu, Philips, Bosch, Leons, The Brick, and many others.

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:

? This is a remote - work from home position

? The sales territory is Canada and the United States.

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

? 3+ years of selling services or solutions to branding/marketing/advertising agencies.

? University or College Degree in Business, Marketing, or related.

? Understanding of software development as an asset.

? Existing relationships with marketing/branding/advertising agencies preferred.

? Experience selling using a consultative sales approach.

? 75% New Business Development

Daily Duties

? Understand complex web and e-commerce projects thoroughly to communicate solutions to potential clients effectively.

? Utilize technical knowledge to engage with clients, addressing their needs and requirements.

? Develop relationships with designers, marketing agencies, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.

? Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to generate leads and close deals.

? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and

proposals/presentations tailored to the client's needs.

? Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Splice Digital's services in the market effectively

LEADS:

? 80% of warm leads supplied through marketing efforts.

? 20% prospecting and creating own list

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:

? Less than 10% (1 - 2 days per month)

SUPPORT & TRAINING:

? 3 - 4 weeks of sales training

? 3 - 4 weeks of technical training

? Highly Structured - Both online and working internally.

? It's anticipated you will be actively selling within 30 - 60 days.
