• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies

  • Overseeing advertising department operations and staff members

  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics

  • Liaise with clients to establish their needs

  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts

  • Working with staff members, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines

  • Communicate with the social media team and marketing department to plan content

  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments

  • Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients

  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

  • Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties

  • Approach media outlets to negotiate advertising opportunities

  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

  • Participating in the hiring and evaluation of employees within the advertising department

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field; management experience may be preferred

  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24

  • Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques

  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets

  • Ability to strategize and plan campaigns in advance

  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

  • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
