We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to accelerate our company's growth. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives to execute our growth strategy and scale our product.

About the Opportunity:

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, in collaboration with the founders and leadership team.

Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in marketing who has a desire to develop in the growth marketing space. You are creative, strategic, with strong analytical skills, and love to iterate and experiment with new ideas to increase conversion and growth. You pick up on valuable insights and work closely with the product team to continually enhance product-market fit. You are excited by possibilities and emerging trends and identifying opportunities. What you will do:

  • Collaborate with leadership team to initiate and drive top-of-the-funnel growth in new markets
  • Create and manage communications and content across all digital channels (email, social, and web)
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and report on key metrics
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to refine product-market fit
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of marketing programs
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
  • Build relationships with industry consultants, potential partners and other channels
  • Contribute to our success in virtual and in-person events (including travel)

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or the non-profit space a strong asset
  • 7+ years marketing experience
  • 3+ years in senior role
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional self-management and organization skills
