Art & Science is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to come join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leveraging Paid Search, Organic Search (SEO), Display, Social Media Marketing and other relevant channels (depending on client needs).
- Manage and optimize these campaigns across platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a cohesive strategy that considers the impact of local SEO on paid search success.
- You will implement analytics, conversion, pixel, and event tracking tags in Google Tag Manager as needed for Google Ads, GA4, and PPC-related tools and systems.
- You will guide junior team members to think differently about our accounts and execute with precision by leading through example.
- Utilizing your data analysis skills, you will analyze campaign performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and generate actionable insights for clients.
- Create clear and concise reports communicating campaign performance to clients in a compelling way.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.
ABOUT YOU:
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong Paid search (PPC) best practices, particularly within Google Ads.
- We're particularly interested in someone with a great record of client success managing multiple and/or complex Google Ads accounts for clients (ie. You are an SEM expert but have also used or are familiar with some or all of the following: Performance Max, GDN, YouTube, DV360, Attribution Tracking)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficient knowledge in Google Tag Manager
- Proficient knowledge in Meta or other social/display channels
BONUS ?NICE-TO-HAVE' QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with programmatic buying or other OOH marketing strategies.
- A strong understanding of the Canadian digital marketing landscape.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Working knowledge of Supermetrics is ideal but not a requirement
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- Directly reporting to the Director of Media & Analytics
