Le Wagon is a global leader in immersive tech training.

Our mission is to train people from all backgrounds in web development and data, give them the best learning experience of their life, and help them accelerate in their career.

Founded in Paris in 2013, Le Wagon now has campuses in +40 cities across 25 countries, including global tech hubs such as Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, London, and Montréal (of course!). Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 25,000+ graduates - from all walks of life, including career changers, entrepreneurs, freelancers or digital nomads.

Your responsibilities 🚀


  • Build and execute a marketing plan to reach acquisition targets - working with the Global marketing team and local team (Community & Events, and Sales & Admissions)
  • Increase brand awareness & leads via diverse marketing strategies, events strategy (owned by local teams), OOH, and Marketing Partnership.
  • Establish Launch strategies for new programs.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and blog
  • Conduct local PR / e-PR outreach
  • Coordinate and follow-up closely with freelancers and other external contributors.
  • Set, monitor & report KPIs

About you 💪


  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communication roles.
  • Fluent in French & English, you are a clear and confident communicator and have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • You have experience with various mediums/channels/tools and best practices in branding & marketing, including SEM and Meta Ads
  • You know how to effectively use social media & create engaging content
  • You’ve already worked with Hubspot (or equivalent)
  • Highly structured and organized, you have the ability to work with tight deadlines and provide practical solutions to reach target results
  • Rigorous and reliable, you have a real attention to detail
  • Curious and eager to learn, you like to think outside the box.
  • You are  highly collaborative, and enjoy working in a small team with a high degree of independence
  • You have a real interest in technology and life-long education
