Summary:

The Marketing/Communications Manager is responsible for developing and supervising all marketing and communications strategies for Technion Canada. This role involves overseeing the creation, enhancement, and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Job Duties:

? Initiate and implement new marketing programs across various channels.

? Develop branding initiatives consistent with business goals.

? Maximize brand value and ensure brand identity is maintained.

? Coordinate with creative staff to produce marketing collateral.

? Develop marketing plans within budget constraints.

? Collaborate with the team to identify customer needs.

? Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners.

? Monitor industry activities and make recommendations.

? Execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan.

? Evaluate the success of communication strategies and provide recommendations.

? Produce materials for print and offline communication vehicles.

? Oversee online communication channels.

? Provide strategic leadership to Technion Canada.

? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree/College certificate in marketing, communications, or related field.

? 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations & direct work experience in marketing management.

? Proficient IT skills.

? Proficiency in working with CRMs/databases (Donor Perfect would be an asset) & design, publishing, writing & website development an asset.

? Proficiency in internet marketing techniques.

? Experience in the not-for-profit sector preferred.

Reports to: National Executive Director

Work Hours: Full time/5 days/week. Hybrid model: Monday & Friday work from home & Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday work in office.

Salary Range: Starting at $70,000.00, salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
