INTERN'S PRIMARY PROJECT AND/OR TASKS :

NEW WEBSITE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE

  • Review PIM (Product Information Management) for accuracy and standardization
  • Make necessary updates to website as needed
  • Create matching files for TDS and images and organize storage (460 files English & French)
  • Update TDSs formats to latest US version

DIGITAL ASSET MAINTENANCE

  • Review all product images from DAP's Webdam Digital Asset Management System and make necessary updates (download, save offline, re-upload)
  • Review file names and align to new standards
  • Coordinate image re-shoots as needed
  • Upload new assets (Product & Channel)
  • Review and update existing sell sheets, create missing ones

UPDATE ONLINE CONTENT

  • New review and update of top retailer's websites
  • Schedule DAP US campaigns on Hootsuite
  • Support with social media calendar / posting

SUPPORT WITH NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND LAUNCH PROCESS

  • Provide ongoing support with artflows
  • Support Channel with product onboarding
  • Gather available US assets, adapt to Canada and upload (Webdam, website, launch folder)
  • Support with commercialization check list: Product photography, video, sell sheets, demo props, samples, catalogue update, retailers' website, etc.

OTHERS

  • Translation management (TDS, Power Point, sales materials)
  • Upload to Lionbridge portal, add contents to original files)
  • Support with new display playbook
  • Support with sample orders to sales, agencies, influencers, pros, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Major:
  • Marketing-related field (Marketing Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • 3rd or 4th year
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organization skills with superior attention to details
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Basic web design skills and database software are desirable but not required

August: 40 hrs / week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in August)

September to December: 20 hrs / week (Monday to Friday, 12:30 am to 4:30 pm

  • hours can be negotiated to adapt to students schedule)

Schedule can be adjusted to accommodate intern's school hours
