No two days will be the same as you define requirements and iterate on designs for Websites, Apps, and Social Media. You love leveraging the latest technology and trends in putting forward designs that sing across multiple devices and platforms.

As our digital designer, your responsibilities will include designing digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance. Responsibilities include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.


Job responsibilities

  • Work as a key team member in our small but growing digital services unit
  • Design digital campaigns for deployment across a variety of platforms
  • Uphold client brand standards and build digital assets accordingly
  • Execute quick-turn creative revisions and adjustments based on testing
  • Work with other Designers, Production Artists, Writers, Developers, and other team members to execute campaigns and digital solutions
  • Demonstrated ?can do? and ?roll up the sleeves? attitude in leading the creative process from concept through production
  • Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
  • Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings
  • Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • QA testing and optimization of assets based on performance
  • Iterate new designs based on user feedback
  • Size images for optimal display across multiple devices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accessibility best practices and standards


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic HTML and CSS Coding Skills
  • Email deployment experience
  • Example: Mailchimp
  • Creative review, critical analysis, and assessment experience
  • Three years digital graphic design track record
  • Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and environments
