We are looking for a high-performing International Student Services and Marketing Associate to help us build, and execute our sales strategies and targets for each of our fast-growing international markets. Manage and achieve revenue growth objectives, you will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required for achieving your financial targets, while focusing on maintaining high-level of customer satisfaction.


  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets Work closely with regional sales managers to develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets for each region
  • Implement and help design marketing plan for each source market; establish budgets and control all expenses; working alongside the helpdesks for the respective region
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, and reports to Head Office members
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
  • Train, engage, build, mentor and manage customer files on booking system and in hard copy, partner agencies and partner pathway schools
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objective
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets; preferably in the educational industry
  • Online Marketing Knowledge, common SEO and content writing abilities (blogs, websites, social media, link building etc...)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills


  • University or college degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience;
  • 2 years of successful Marketing and Sales experience, preferably in Education industry;
  • Experience in a supervisory role and leadership roles;
  • Excellent marketing, sales and communication skills;
  • Acts with ethics and integrity and demonstrates sound judgment and respect for the individual in all interactions with others
  • Works well in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment where decisions and actions need to happen quickly and professionally
  • Builds trusting relationships with all stakeholders
  • Has built and led effective, and successful high performing Sales teams, both direct and remote
  • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships business partners;
