LevelJump is building out our very first class of Outbound Sales Development Representatives to continue to drive our exponential growth. This team will be responsible for building pipeline for our Sales Directors by prospecting into target accounts, running cold calls, building email outreach sequences, responding to inbound leads, attending events, and executing creative campaigns.


  • You have completed a post-secondary degree or comparable experience
  • Passion for building a successful career in Sales

  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities, and act independently
