We are looking for a team members who brings creativity and attention to details to our key files, including Inclusion & Diversity, Performance Development, Workplace, and supporting CHRO leadership communications. You aren't afraid to speak up and share your ideas, have a strong work ethic and an unwavering respect for deadlines. You possess good judgement and confidently communicate with colleagues, especially when managing files collaboratively. Good grammar and proofreading skills are also required.


  • End to end content creation including managing translation and distributing communications company wide
  • Support the building and upkeep of intranet HR content hubs
  • Event management and execution including sending invitations, surveys and collaborating with AV
  • Maintain communications calendars and email distribution lists
  • Compile ad hoc and monthly analytics reports
  • Pitch creative story ideas and video concepts
  • Work directly with creative on work back schedule and feedback
  • Research best practices as a basis for communications recommendations
  • Support strategic planning and execution with team members and partners across the business
  • Other administrative and editorial tasks as needed


  • University or college degree in Communications or Public Relations
  • 3-5 years working experience in Communications
  • Experience in internal communications an asset
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but also collaboratively
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • You are creative and love to come up with fresh ideas
  • French language an asset
