JOB DESCRIPTION

What you'll do:

  • Manage top-of-the-funnel recruitment marketing tactics for open positions within our business areas to attract potential and passive candidates
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to develop reports that will inform and guide our decision making
  • Execute social media and other digital recruitment campaigns to support broader recruitment and talent branding initiatives
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in our industry
  • Perform search functions including database mining, job board searches, and functional web site searches
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking to identify target talent
  • Leverage insights throughout the candidate experience to ensuring that all candidates have a positive interaction with Sutherland at all stages of the recruitment process

QUALIFICATIONS

What you'll need:

  • Experience in employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing required
  • Project/program management experience with the ability to plan, execute, and track critical activities and deliverables.
  • Ability to develop strategic working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process required
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required; experience in writing recruitment ad copy a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and ever-changing focuses
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or relevant field preferred
