SALES COORDINATOR

Rogers Radio Stations are amongst the most powerful and trusted media brands in Canada. We are looking for dynamic, organized, relationship-oriented individuals to assist our advertising sales team execute national advertising campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Ensuring that sold campaigns are accurately entered into our trafficking system
  • Working with advertising agencies and clients to manage campaigns including:
  • Revisions to existing campaigns
  • Coordination of creative assets
  • Designing and packaging of post campaign reports
  • Assisting our Account Executives in the creation of sales pitch materials
  • Collaborating with our promotional team to coordinate promotional elements and prizing
  • Working with Salesforce (CRM) to assist sales reps in pipeline maintenance
  • Working in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of Rogers Radio advertising campaigns

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Post-Secondary degree in marketing, business, or advertising preferred
  • +2 years experience working media sales environment with exposure to agency preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and experience working in a highly demanding environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Knowledge of radio or other media sales concepts preferred
