Guest Program Communication Support

As a Guest Program Communication Support, you'll oversee Knowledge and internal communication in order to elevate guest experience and knowledge to the GEC. You'll support the Communication Coordinator, Program team and cross-functional partners with content and messaging for the GEC and Digital Engagement teams.

Role responsibilities

support with communication to the GEC

*

creating and maintaining GEC Knowledge articles to ensure content is relevant and supports the floor

*

works with the Guest Experience org and their teams to support them in handling sensitive guest topics and messaging

*

works cross-functionally to build out content that supports support teams

  • leverages reports to make strategic decisions about knowledge management
  • supports the Communication Coordinator to create, update, and maintain guest messaging based on the current style guide, including GEC standard text and Knowledge
  • prepares assets for communications (images, copy, formatting, etc.)
  • works on projects as needed
  • Skills and qualifications
  • strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams and hold others accountable
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingualism is an asset)
  • excellent spelling and grammar
  • adaptable
  • self-starter
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail is a must
  • ability to produce/compile clear and compelling communications in a variety of formats
  • experience within an internal communications department or a degree in a communications-related field is preferred 1+ years of experience at lululemon preferred
  • high school diploma required
