At Tiller, we're looking for a versatile, flexible, and energetic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for growing our sales channels, attracting qualified leads, and helping us drive 100% growth year-over-year. In this role, you will spend 70% of your time building Tiller's brand and approximately 30% of your time contributing to customer marketing strategies and plans.   • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, partnering with our internal team of creatives to design, test, and evolve our campaigns
  • Work in partnership with the creative team and develop creative briefs to meet objectives for all marketing, advertising, and public-facing communications
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle (top of the funnel right through to bottom of the funnel), ensuring the alignment of visuals and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Partner closely with our sales team to leverage insights and trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, B2B trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing strategies, increase customer conversions, increase customer retention, and generate more qualified leads
  • Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future strategies and campaign development, complete with formal recommendations on tactics
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with leadership about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets


  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related role
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are highly self-motivated, well organized, and have an eye for detail
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Are able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Are a strong team player who can easily inspire others to contribute and collaborate
  • Are able to see other people's points of view and take feedback
  • Have proven experience developing marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns
  • Have experience with content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Have strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
