The Senior Product Marketing Manager
  • Grid Solutions will focus on the customer experience across all touch points, including sales collateral and tools, websites, customer events, and events/tradeshows. They will own our web presence and will partner with teams across Renewable Energy and Grid Solutions including IT, Communications, and Product Lines to drive engaging and differentiated customer experiences.


  • Directly manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketing professionals including programmers, content writers, and other marketing specialists
  • Accelerate the customer through the buying journey by leveraging digital tools and experiences including, but not limited to, our website domains, search engine optimization, interactive tools, tradeshows, social media, and direct communications
  • Drive the web strategy including the marketing tech stack and analytics to drive global revenue for the various product lines
  • Work with the Demand & Lead Generation team to ensure integration and customer data connectivity across our digital properties and tools
  • Leverage new and existing digital channels to engage customers in grid transformation stories
  • Be a business partner to the product line and technology teams to properly position our products and services ensuring growth to our opportunity pipeline
  • Partner with our IT teams to ensure we are optimizing our digital infrastructure including the development and operations of a customer and channel partner portal
  • Manage 3rd party agencies as required for the delivery of the marketing tech stack, marketing campaigns/programs and tools
  • Partner with the Grid Solutions Communications team to amplify integrated customer campaigns that deliver on GE's value proposition
  • Develop content, campaigns and social communities that drive customer and stakeholder engagement


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields or equivalent knowledge / experience Marketing, communications and/or sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing and/or product management function
