Role Summary:

Lead Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of marketing initiates with the global Digital Marketing team, in partnership with cross-functional teams within Grid Solutions. The team responsibilities include campaign execution (email, social, visuals), web management, coordinating commercialization execution, event management, collateral management, content development and review.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management: Oversee the project planning and deliverables of the digital marketing team based on defined processes and best practices
  • Define and help execute digital marketing campaigns leveraging new or existing web and marketing automation tools
  • Supporting program success through editorial review and topline copy creation when needed
  • Work with our Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to help define and execute lead generation and product launch strategies that increase customer engagement and drive revenue
  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for the commercial team
  • Assist with the development of digital marketing assets, including: websites, blogs, Social Media posts
  • Understand our end-to-end user buyer journey, marketing/sales funnel and lifecycle, identifying gaps and opportunities to positively impact core marketing activities
  • Help identify and track KPIs related to the digital marketing activities and programs
  • Analyze and report on campaign and experiment performance to drive rapid iteration, as well as provide visibility and maintain alignment cross-functionally
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve positive customer experiences and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in marketing, business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing / marketing campaign experience
  • Advanced communication (written, verbal, editing) skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities, develop plans and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles
  • Effective working remotely and in close team environment
  • Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and technical writing skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player to enhance all marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Google analytics is a plus
  • A result driven self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as part of a large team
