Book4Time is a global leader in cloud-based wellness and activity booking software for spas, hotels & resorts, and the beauty industry.

We are looking for a bright technical writer with B2B enterprise software experience to join our team!

You're a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate individual who believes in setting high standards and achieving them. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our suite of products as well as our client-base to generate compelling end-user and API content.


  • Collaborate with several teams like Product & Development, Client Services, Sales, and other subject matter experts to create customer-facing and internal educational/technical content, including video
  • Write, edit, and format all release notes, FAQs, and online help based on our ongoing release cycles
  • Work together with the Product and Client Services team to write, edit, and format technical documentation and ensure the content coincides with application updates
  • Create technical guides, FAQs, and analytical reports for existing and new product features that can be published internally or externally
  • Review and investigate application features, enhancements, known issues, and resolved issues to write customer-facing content
  • Maintain a style guide for print, online help, and user interface as well as ensure consistency in instructional content and naming conventions


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, communications, or other related technical fields
  • 3+ years of technical writing and editing experience, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge and proven utilization of MadCap Flare and Camtasia as well as a variety of software tools, including RoboHelp, Framemaker or Acrobat, Git or Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong ability to adapt communications to varied internal and external audiences
  • Proven track record of translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand, user-focused content
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Inquisitive, hands-on learner of complex, highly-customizable, web-based SaaS solutions
