OVERVIEW:

Alberta Blue Cross has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results-driven marketing coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with a great attitude and work ethic.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Coordinate marketing and digital experience initiatives.
  • Lead project management and coordination activities.
  • Analyze metrics and produce project summary reports.
  • Lead and support in the production and management of marketing materials.
  • Lead the creation of proposals, finalist presentations and renewals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Continuous collaboration with the marketing team and internal stakeholders.
  • Support advertising initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings.
  • Provide feedback and new ideas to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with online collaboration and project management tools is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers is an asset, but not required.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to easily build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • Flexible and adaptive.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong project management skills, planning and problems-solving skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with online collaboration and project management tools is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers is an asset, but not required.
