Jane.com is looking for an Influencer & Partnership Marketing Manager. We are looking for a rockstar who is creative and hardworking to lead daily strategy and execution for our influencer and partnership marketing efforts, in addition to scaling our new ambassador program and expanding our influencer paid media efforts. The role will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to build a rapidly growing business. You will own influencer campaigns from start to finish, including sourcing, vetting, managing, and all related logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, partners, and content creators to build a pipeline of new partnerships
  • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts for campaigns, with an emphasis on realistic projections, over-performance, and managing appropriate expectations
  • Develop and manage the execution programs, activations, content, and/or events, including owning timelines and communication plans
  • Drive efficient performance and budget spend tracked daily, weekly, and monthly vs. aggressive growth and ROI targets
  • Manage IGC content distribution across paid media and partner closely with our paid media and social teams, driving a holistic marketing strategy
  • Continue to promote and support our brand vision and community goals with messaging across our influencer and ambassador community to build deep, personal relationships
  • Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach
  • Design and run marketing tests to improve campaigns
  • Review videos, images, and other media to ensure complete accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Responsible and accountable for assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks, occasionally outside of regular business hours
  • Analyze historical and current data to optimize influencer content direction, strategy, and value
  • Look for new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer/partnership marketing
  • Experience across all social platforms; FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc
