There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the growing Sales and Marketing Team in Vancouver as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Working closely with senior sales and marketing staff, this individual will be directly responsible for the execution & project management of digital marketing campaigns for Onni's residential and hospitality brands.

THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Specialist takes a supporting role in the execution of the company's multiple digital marketing campaigns, including ongoing marketing initiatives, new project launches across North America, and seasonal hospitality campaigns. The role seeks a confident individual with experience in paid digital media and SEO. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and technical, with strong project management skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Paid Digital Media:

  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders to collaborate on all digital marketing solutions to help drive results for both branding and direct response business objectives
  • Deliver biweekly & monthly reporting of performance against KPI's, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Optimize campaign performance by leveraging both internal and external data sources
  • Identify and deploy testing opportunities to support insights and improved campaign performance
  • Support with the implementation and QA of campaign measurement solutions
  • Be a key stakeholder in the management of select ad technologies to support acquisition and retention objectives

SEO:

  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders to collaborate translating marketing goals into a successful SEO strategy
  • Implement SEO techniques to support with website launches, site migrations, ongoing site performance, and local/global brand discoverability
  • Conduct competitor analysis to uncover keyword/content gaps & develop strategic recommendations to support market competitiveness
  • Develop dashboards to support understanding of brand/website health and enhancement opportunities
  • Manage creation and optimization of various Google My Business listing updates across Canadian and US properties

Other:

  • Participate in department brainstorming and idea generation sessions
  • Manage relationships with key external partners to ensure flawless digital media execution that is on time and on budget (ie. platform reps, consultants)
  • Support in the development of deliverables lists and trafficking of final campaign assets
  • Management of budget control reports, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Day to day project management duties as assigned

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

You are:

You have:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant field
  • Facebook Blueprint certified, Google Ads certified, Google Analytics certified
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience executing and measuring campaign performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience implementing SEO strategies
  • Experience developing reporting dashboards to support regular campaign and brand performance reviews
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website operations is an asset
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset
  • Understanding of content creation/social media best practices is an asset
  • Experience working in real estate development, hospitality, or related industries is an asset
